What are Clans in Sailor Piece?

Clans in Sailor Piece are permanent passive systems rolled from the Clan Reroll item. Each clan provides a percentage bonus to one or more combat stats (damage, HP, sword damage, melee damage, luck, drop rate) and top-tier clans also come with a signature passive ability.
